Our Team
Ross Finch- BSc Pod Hons, MCPod, HCPC registered.
Ross is half of L&R Care Home Podiatry UK and has been a Podiatrist since qualifying from University of Huddersfield in 2008. Ross started Ross Finch- Podiatry in 2012 which services many care homes throughout the Northeast of England as well as a Podiatry clinic in the heart of Sunderland. Most recently Ross has taken over another Podiatry clinic in Gosforth.
In Ross’ spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife, 2 children and their new puppy.
Liam Prickett
Liam is the other half of L&R Care Home Podiatry UK and is a Chartered Surveyor specialising valuation and investment advisory in Healthcare Real Estate as a director for one of the worlds largest Real Estate Advisory UK businesses. Liam qualified in 2013 from the University College of Estate Management in 2013 and became chartered in 2016.
In his spare time Liam enjoys spending time with his young family and also enjoys many sports, whether it’s playing or watching.
Hazel Watson- BSc Pod Hons, MCPod, HCPC registered.
Hazel has been with us since August 2019 and worked as a Footcare Assistant initially until qualifying as a Podiatrist from New College Durham in the summer of 2020. Prior to that Hazel had over 20 years of experience working in many roles within care.
Outside of work Hazel enjoys reading, walking, spending time with family and walking her dog Winston.
Karen Thompson- BSc Pod Hons, MCPod, HCPC registered.
Karen qualified from New College Durham in 2008. Karen has been with us since October 2021 and previously worked as a Podiatrist for the NHS in the Sunderland area for 12 years.
In Karen’s spare time she enjoys walking and being amongst nature.
Suzanne Bradford- BSc Pod Hons, MCPod, HCPC registered.
Suzanne qualified from New College Durham in 1999 and has been with us since October 2021. Suzanne also has a diploma in Reflexology and has worked in various roles throughout the NHS and privately throughout the UK.
In her spare time Suzanne enjoys spending time with Zoë her daughter as well as gardening and walking her dog Zeus.
Irina Cernega- BSc Pod Hons, MCPod, HCPC registered.
Irina has been with us since August 2022 after qualifying as a Podiatrist from New College Durham in the summer of 2022 and quickly established herself as a valuable member of the team. Irina is also a fully qualified Beauty Therapist which she practised for many years prior to becoming a Podiatrist.
Irina enjoys theology, cooking for family, sport, travel and history.
Rivky (Gen) Goldkin- BSc Pod Hons, MCPod, HCPC registered.
Gen has been with us since September 2022 after qualifying as a Podiatrist from New College Durham in the summer of 2022 and seamlessly slotted into the role. Gen is passionate about her caring and supportive roles in the lives of care home residents.
Outside of work Gen likes cooking for family & friends and travelling. Gen has also become very interested in exercise and good nutrition.
Christina Neil- BSc Pod Hons, MCPod, HCPC registered.
Christina qualified from Durham School of Podiatric Medicine in 2015 and since then has worked in a mixture of NHS roles and varying roles in private practice. Christina has been with us since September 2024 and easily slotted into our already established team.
Christina enjoys DIY and gardening in her spare time.
Zoey Tait- BSc Pod Hons, MCPod, HCPC registered.
Zoey qualified from Queen Margaret University in 2014 and worked for the Podiatry NHS team in the Borders until 2021. During this time Zoey also completed a Master’s degree in tissue viability and wound management at the University of Huddersfield in 2021. In 2021 she took on a role as a Diabetes specialist podiatrist with Northumbria Healthcare and worked there until 2025. Zoey has been with us since May 2025 and quickly became a very reliable member of our team.
Zoey also likes hiking, walking dogs (recently adopting a new puppy), horse riding, kick boxing and travelling in her spare time.
Beth Huthart
Beth graduated in 2017 with a degree in Media and Communication.
Beth has been with us since May 2025 and is our Senior Administrator having previously worked in Customer Experience in the IT Industry for 7 years.
Outside of work Beth enjoys going to gigs, comedy shows and musicals, walking her dog Nancy, reading and embarking on a new TV series.
