Hazel has been coming to Whorlton Grange for several years, Hazel is kind, caring, and patient with all of our residents, especially with the residents that require a little more time spent with them. Ross is organised and will always ring in advance to book the next routine appointments; Ross is always accommodating if any of our residents require an emergency appointment. Ross and the team are a well organised establishment who employ caring professionals who I would highly recommend.
